Natalia Bekhtereva
Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Laureate of the USSR State Prize, foreign member of the Austrian and Finnish Academies of Sciences, American Academy of Medicine and Psychiatry, International Academy of Ecology, Safety of Man and Nature, honorary member of several international societies. From 1970 to 1990, she was the director of the Institute of Experimental Medicine of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, and since 1990, she has been the scientific leader of the Institute of Human Brain of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She has received scientific awards for her significant contributions to the development of neurophysiology and neurology. The minor planet N6074 in the Solar System is named after her. She authored about 350 scientific works in the field of human brain physiology. The Bekhtereva School is recognized worldwide. "I testify that people trained in vision without the use of eyes are indeed capable of reading texts they were not previously familiar with and performing a number of other actions that typically require sight. The results have shown that no special properties are required from the trainee. Above all, I have seen the presence of a training system where constant training leads to the maximum utilization of the body's capabilities. The formation of new vision is quite possible for the blind. Research emphasizes that this is the physiology of the human brain. 'Students of Bronnikov' have acquired and now demonstrate super-powers obtained as a result of systematic prolonged training cautiously opening the possibility of alternative (straight) vision. Quantitative data accumulation on brain potentials is now at the threshold of reception. However, the transition from knowledge of the laws of nature to their reasonable use is not always fast, not always easy, and always thorny." (From Bekhtereva's report at the Millennium International Conference, St. Petersburg, Tauride Palace, December 2000.)
Viktor Pashkevich Consultant Oncologist at the Medical Diagnostic Center of the Ministry of Defense, professor, doctor of medical sciences, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation. "I am a surgeon: when I cut — I see; when I cut off — I win. In my soul, I am a materialist and, let's say, a skeptic. We have learned: matter is primary, there is no spiritual entity. Our specialist in computer tomography at the 9th Medical Diagnostic Center of the Ministry of Defense, Valery Motorin, doctor of medical sciences, confirms: trained children see as well as equipment. For example, prolapsed intervertebral disc. He says, 'I see on a regular computer what they see without devices on their biocomputer. It's nonsense! Moreover, they see consolidations, for example, in lung emphysema, pneumosclerosis, and so on in solid tissue. And a computer tomograph does not see - it has worse resolution. Although other medical research confirms the diagnosis made by children." Evaluating Bronnikov's method, I see great potential. Firstly, this is of great importance for preventive medicine. Children trained by Bronnikov's method, I consider them future doctors. Secondly, they will also be able to influence the development of unwanted processes at this level - this is an ideal way to prevent oncological, professional, and other diseases. In my opinion, surgery, undoubtedly, remains in the future. On the other hand, diseases of a functional nature: psychosomatic, functional, neuroses, allergies, and so on, due to specialists trained by Bronnikov's method, will sharply decline. Bronnikov's method, in my opinion, should be taught as one of the main subjects in all medical universities, institutes, academies, including for changing worldviews. There is a need to open a medical college.
Yuri Pytyev Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at Moscow State University, head of the Department of Computer Methods in Physics, investigates the phenomenon of blind vision. "Our research has established that for blind vision, demonstrated by students of the Bronnikov Center, there is no need for a specially created magnetic field. Academician Vyacheslav Bronnikov's method is a phenomenon! This is a challenge to physics! Physics can make new discoveries by studying humans. Here is a wave process. The wavelength has been measured, but its nature is still unknown. Science can explain anything, the whole world, but we cannot explain this phenomenon. When I worked with the Bronnikov group, there was an impression that they see through, while wearing dark masks. In reality, this is not the case. They saw everything around with holographic vision. I witnessed many interesting things. Children saw through a steel door..."
Pavel Popov Head of the Department of Eye Diseases at Tver Medical Academy. "This is the validation of Bronnikov's method, conducted at the Eye Diseases Clinic in Tver at the Regional Clinical Hospital in 1995-1996. The training process by the method proved to be very effective. Visual acuity improved in all visually impaired children from 20% to 50%, and in some children - to normal. The deaf gained hearing; Blind people with diabetes developed alternative and radar vision of test subjects; the blood sugar level and urine (with significant insulin dose reduction) decreased intraocular pressure. We are practically studying the methodology of academician Vyacheslav Bronnikov's fourth course. The system of exercises developed by him is of interest to us, as it allows training alternative vision not only for the sighted but also for the blind. The discovery of alternative vision makes our patients full-fledged personalities and changes their psychology. Treating such patients according to Bronnikov's method is a pleasure."
Sergey Kleymenov President of the Academy of Innovation Management, professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. "Impressions and opinions about the Bronnikov Center's method and its applications can be divided into three groups: the method itself, the technology of its application, and the philosophy and worldview. Philosophy, worldview, and the method itself form what is called a holistic view of the world, where a person acts not as an object of external forces, but as part of Space and an active subject of space. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the discipline of 'Modern Concepts of Natural Sciences' based on the philosophical generalizations of the Bronnikov Center. This program can be implemented from the first year of higher education and in secondary professional education programs. The technology of applying the method can be defined as 'Psychotechnics of self-regulation in management,' where management means managing any object, including one's own body. This course can be taught in any specialty and level and can replace part of the physical training hour. The effectiveness of the Bronnikov method's application technology is significantly higher than traditional methods of spiritual and physical self-development. Training first-year students of various specialties based on 'virtual' psychology using a 'biocomputer' will improve the quality of learning, memorization, and generalization of material. However, the problem lies in training teachers and developing special programs for students. New opportunities are opening up for specialties in radio electronics, management, economics, telecommunications, ecology, environmental quality management, and, of course, medical and social groups of specialties. By agreement with MARCH, the Academy of Innovation Management has established an educational center 'Psychotechnics of self-regulation in management' to train students and teachers in the Bronnikov method, develop new teaching materials, and disseminate the method and its philosophy to various educational institutions."
Vladimir Zernov Rector of the Russian New University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of commercial universities in Russia. "For many people, there is no topic more important than our education. Without this, the task of development, which academician Moiseyev is engaged in, will not be solved. There is such a measure in the world as the 'Human Development Index'. This is an assessment of the state's concern for the younger generation. There is also the concept of the 'educational potential of the nation'. This is a set of knowledge that arises in any nation. Currently, in the world, only two countries can be leaders in this issue - the USA and Russia. But with the worsening environmental situation in our country, support for education sharply decreases, and the situation becomes terrible. The only thing that can save us is transitioning to training specialists for the whole world using new technologies offered by the Bronnikov Center, on a fee basis. The question is only one: can our education compete with the Western one. Now they also say that 70% of children in our schools are sick. If an alternative path for improvement is not found, further development of education is under threat. What the Bronnikov Academy does - all these new knowledge and new teaching and treatment methods are very difficult for consciousness to accept. I, too, could not get used to it for a long time until I faced it and saw on myself that this is real help in everything and new opportunities that are needed by all people. I am sure that the Bronnikov Center's method is a way out of the situation. It allows raising the Human Development Index, improving the health of students. This opens up new horizons for working with a large volume of information. Most importantly, it allows the education system and the whole country to emerge from the crisis."
Victor Votinov Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, full member of the International Pedagogical Academy, academician of MAI, and head of the department at MGL. Feedback on the interregional conference: "Rapid social technologies in shaping human capital." Feodosia, July 2003. "The interregional conference with the proud name 'Rapid Social Technologies of the 21st Century' has ended. Without exaggeration, this event is of global significance. At the same time, it is an exam that the Bronnikov team brilliantly passed. Bronnikov's 'Method of Information Development of a Person' once again demonstrated absolutely fantastic human capabilities and ways to unfold them. 'There is no fiercer enemy of man than man himself' - this truth has been known since ancient times. The Bronnikov Center's method allows a person to understand oneself and protect oneself from oneself, to become stronger and more humane. The acute problem of modern humanity - the education system - receives a magnificent, highly effective, and humane tool for forming a new person, a Conscious Human. And this is the greatest good for him (her) and for the whole society. Respected Vyacheslav! Low bow and great gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this fabulous celebration of Reason, Galactic Ideas, the highest level of Talents, Sciences of the Future, and kindness to the guilty humanity."
Tokmukhamed Sadikov Professor of Pedagogical Sciences, Rector of Abai Kazakh State University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, academician of MAN. "The Bronnikov Center's methodology 'Harmonization and Development of Human Organ and System Functions' is studied at Abai Kazakh State University at the Psychological and Pedagogical Faculty under the guidance of academician Nazambaeva. The methodology aims to develop the internal potential of adults and children, contributes to improving the overall psycho-physical state of the body, has a positive effect on the development of brain functions: attention, memory, imagination, spatial orientation, general activity, purposefulness, self-control. Against the background of decreasing education among children due to economic, social, and environmental reasons, it is necessary to introduce Bronnikov Center's methods into pedagogical practice for the survival of people in the information space of the 21st century. Abai Kazakh State University supports the activities of MARCH and promotes the introduction of the Bronnikov Center's methodology into the pedagogical environment of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
Yuri Fomin Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, physicist, writer. Leading expert of the Association "Ecology of the Unknown". He is also a laureate of the Vladimir Vernadsky Prize. "Children studying at the Bronnikov Center carry within them the beginning of what will be in 20-30 years. Their capabilities coincide with the calculated qualities of a superhuman. What Bronnikov does in his Academy is spoken of as something fantastic: he teaches children the possibilities of self-diagnosis, self-rehabilitation in complex diseases, volumetric perception of information; he creates new concepts in the education system, where a child should be a selector of knowledge, and a teacher - a director, analyst, and politician in this process.
